In this role you will be responsible for the development and sourcing of global retail concept hardware ie fixtures and fittings mannequins hangers & special features This role starts with the briefing of our engineering partners and vendors includes prototyping and sourcing of the products
Key Responsibilities
* Manage technical development process of retail fixture concepts for adidas consumer direct retail internally and externally with global supply chain partners from prototype to mass production
* Brief third party resources on the technical development and sourcing of retail fixtures and fittings
* Review technical drawings of global engineering partners identify value engineering potential and manage implementation
* Visit factories of the global supply chain prototype review QC
* Ensure all global suppliers work from one source of technical information per concept
* Constantly review market on new materials and techniques
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of progressive experience in technical development and sourcing of retail fixtures and fittings
* Strong communication skills
* Strong ability to negotiate
* MS office Advanced
* English Excellent oral & script
* Another language beneficial
* Team player
