Purpose
Ensures HR system compliance with global standards and ensures high level of HR data quality and data integrity in close cooperation with HR Management within the area of service
Key Responsibilities
* Ensures HR system data integrity and validity within the area of service
* Provides functional system support to HR users within area of service
* Acts as first point of contact for reporting on HR data
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Analyses and solves functional HR system issues as well as issues related to HR data reports
* Executes on-going data quality audits and other measurements to ensure high level of HR data integrity and validity
* Runs global regional or local HR reports
* Assists in HR system training sessions and workshops for data maintenance and reporting
* Assists in eHR project and process implementations by providing input to HR system changes and assisting in user acceptance testing and training activities
* Adheres to data maintenance policies and guidelines as well as to global and local data protection and data privacy regulations
* Attends regular information exchange and feedback sessions within eHR organization
* Maintains sound business relationship between HR and Global IT

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Strong social and analytical skills with the ability to view issues from a business perspective
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Solid understanding of HR business processes
* High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions ideally with SAP-HR
* International mindset
Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* University degree or equivalent education
* Fluency in English language other language capabilities desired
* 3 years of work experience preferably in Human Resources
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
