Our eCommerce Team is looking for a talented Web Developer with ability to understand our business environment and provide front-end developer support that translate into world-class user experiences across all our websites and initiatives
Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who will collaborate and thrive in a challenging deadline-driven creative environment Are you ultra-proficient at programming and developing all types of digital communications including emails landing pages and websites - from content management to HTML and CSS coding to JavaScript Are you a web head - a master of digital media - with an good understanding of RoR and PHP and a basic knowledge of design and type
As our Web Developer you will be responsible for ourfront-end technical effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment You will work closely with ecommerce and global IT managers brand and product managers event managers plus web designers to develop new interactive experiences

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
* Develop and program websites web banners email blasts and other online marketing materials
* Work with team to establish and execute creative solutions for new and existing sites
* Lead breakfix situations and issue resolution and perform necessary updates for resolution
* Incorporate search engine optimization techniques to optimize search engine performance
* Lead updates to web sites from specification documentation to implementation using excellent understanding of web usability and passion for creating outstanding user experience
* Coordinate with eCommerce brand and product teams copywriting merchandising and IT for implementation of new campaigns web site features and enhancements
* Have excellent time-management skills and provide specific milestone and deadline estimates for work requests
* Implement daily and weekly site updates and handle regular email production
* Update modify and correct graphic design elements including navigation elements and images
* Manage the way content appears on the web site
* Be responsible for their own quality-control and assist in creation ongoing maintenance and testing of all site promotions
* Help gather and define developer-specific project requirements
* Work closely with internal andor external resources to resolve any issues with the sites
* Ensure that content is appropriately titled and tagged for search optimization
* Ensure successful execution of assigned tasks so that projects are delivered on-time on budget and within the scope of defined business requirements
* Maintain online publishing standards throughout the site and keep updated records of development best practices for training purposes
* Produce status reports of all project work
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Exceptional on-line portfolio showcasing innovative web development solutions
* Experienced in Web Browser Compatibility Standards and Optimization SEO
* Solid knowledge of core design programs Flash Dreamweaver Adobe Suite etc
* Expert level knowledge of client-side programming HTML CSS DHTML JavaScript AJAX Flash ActionScript
* Experience with mobile platform development iPad Aps short-codes and how they integrate with existing eCommerce or eCRM platforms
* Understanding of server-side scripting particularly Microsoft Server-based platform and related technologies ASPNET
* Experienced with Content Management Software such as Crafter Teamsite and Wordpress
* Solid understanding of typography layout and general design
* VERY high attention to detail
* 3 years experience with web development and production
* Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple tasks at once
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* BS or related college degree completion
