We are seeking a Director of Sales for TeamLacrosse This person will manage the development of the TeamLacrosse Strategic Business Plan which will include Fiscal Business Targets sell-in plans by season and by category inventory management account and channel specific strategies US Marketing and Trade Specific communication This person will interface with the Reebok Global Brand on product needs specific to equipment and work with the VP of Sales on account coverage development
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the development of Team SalesLacrosse Plans from forecasting to sell through and sell out
* Provide direction to account managers via consistent feedback to the team on roles responsibilities and objectives
* Assist the VP of sales with the merchandising of product line development of sales programs by financial implication development of sales strategiesdirection internal operations and policies
* Responsible for territory financial management This is sales volume profit cancellationsreturns and promotionalmarketing budgets
* Manages expenses within assigned budget May assist with the development of the budget for the territory
* Assist in development of long range plan and future needs
Requirements
* BSBA degree is required
* 10 years of industry specific sales experience is required
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
