- Set up succession planning process and execute across all dept
Talent Pipeline
- Deploy talent review process and set up the pipeline for different level
Development Program
- Design Revisit young talent development program and execute
- Responsible for group and AP development program enrollment and follow up
- Responsible for 3 E initiatives eg Coaching job mobility etc
Performance Management
- Drive annual performance management process across the company
- Drive PIP program to support manager to coach poor performer
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent degree
- 6 years’ working experience
- 1-2 years working experience in talent management area Generalist experience is a plus
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
- Proactive energetic creative warm and enthusiastic
- Organized and efficient
- Willing to learn and grow
