TheDesign Manager of User Experiencewill join our Global Center for Excellence supporting our eCommerce platforms worldwide
In this role you will
* Create the front-end blueprint for eCommerce initiatives based on business requirement sessions
* Collaborate with the Sr UX Manager to devise user testing strategies Provide support in running usability sessions including moderation and note taking
* Serve as the UX expert on project teams Facilitate design sessions as part of the project process and manage IAUX deliverables such as wireframes and flows
* Own the functional sitemap for eCommerce platforms and create and maintain documentation around similarities and differences
As the ideal person for this role you have
* Understanding and appreciation of interaction design and information architecture IA issues in eCommerce Direct eCommerce UX experience preferred
* At least 2-4 years’ experience as an IAUX practitioner and deep understanding of design issues relating to the structure and form of websites
* Some experience of usability testing and user research methodologies
* Experience creating visual artifacts and other means of conveying front-end requirements
You also possess
* A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline human factors psychology etc Master’s preferred
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills You are very comfortable speaking to large groups and senior executives
* Understanding of HTML CSS and web 20 technologies You also have decent prototyping skills and can work your way around Photoshop and Dreamweaver
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a sense of humor
