e are currently looking for aData Administratorto perform daily master data operational tasks to support Reebok and CCM master data in the SPM system This position will act as key point of contact for all request and issues related to Master data topics for Reebok Footwear and CCM globally as well as create and update data in the Single Product Master Data System
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Central contact for Reebok Footwear and CCM Product Master Data queries and support
* Training and support to business users on SPM
* Create and maintain specific Master Data SPM – ensuring data is of high quality and all business approvals are obtained
* Coordinate and Manage the SPM error log ensuring assigned errors are managed within a timely and accurate manner
* Provide SPM support to master data resources
* Document the Standard Operating Procedures
* Manage SLA’s and KPI’s
* Back up to other members of the Master Data Team focusing on Rockport SLD Reebok and Reebok Apparel
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE
* Bachelors degree or certificate in business or information management or equivalent
* Related work experience– knowledge of PLM systems preferred
* Fluent in English
* Strong computer skills Windows-based software
* Excellent MS Access and Excel skills
* Enjoy working with data and appreciation of data quality
* Interest and proven ability to coordinate own tasks assigned as well as tasks assigned to other team members
* Interest and proven ability to learn new IT systems
* Assertive in resolving issues and requests in a timely manner with quality results
* Successful communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
* Experience in the apparel and footwear industry
