Objective
The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service to our clients mainly retailers dealing with specifically accounts This customer service role is focused on the administration and fulfillment of the customer order book from order receipt through to final delivery and everything in between in close relationship with Account Managers and Credit Control Department
Job Profile
* Process customer orders
* Order book reconciliation – customer order checks for accuracy
* Proactive order book management with the appropriate Account Manager on one’s own accounts from order receipt through to delivery
* Liaising with relevant departments to identify stockorder status through regular meetings and day to day contact with internal and external customers
* Resolution and escalation when required of issues eg Returns shortages complaints order cancellation and fulfilment problems
* Develop and maintain customer relationships by and improvements in service
* Contributing to and improving department standards
* Understand focus on and resolve day to day issues within agreed parameters and time scales
Your Profile
* Higher education
* Minimum two year experience within a Customer Service role focussed on Retail Accounts in an office environment
* Attention to detail administrative skills essential
* IT literacy Excel essential SAP preferred
* Affinity with sports fashion sports branch
* Knowledge of and feel for sports culture
* Knowledge of the organisation and its products
* Fluent Dutch French and English language
