The incumbent reporting to Logistics & Customer Service Manager is to provide professional and excellent customer services to exceed our customers’ expectation and to support the company’s goal by improving the day to day operation The key responsibilities are
* Provide delivery updates and information such as order tracking to both internal and external customers
* Co-ordinate with the team on delivery status update and prepare the related report
* Follow up and administrate the claim process with warehouse and customers
* Handle sales order processing order checking and call-off for customers via the system
* Update the system with the information for each season period
* Maintain the datebase and filing system
* Response to complaints and enquiries in professional manner
Requirements
* 1-2 years experience in order administration & customer service
* Full certificate of HKCEE or other related qualifications
* Strong team spirit customer-oriented and able to work independently
* Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
* Proficient in MS Office
