Job responsibilities
* Develop implement and support of CRM activities and Loyalty programs gift cards
* Develop implement and indicate areas for improvement of CRM projects
* Close cooperation with the shops in terms of providing them with information on the programs POS materials gift cards
* Coordinate production of POS materials for the activities
* Establish and maintain strong working relations with clients sms e-mail
* Analytics of database of loyal clients
* Follow global CRM trends and implement best practices and newest technological solutions in cooperation with IT
* Prepare all documentation for tenders
* Coordinate all other Internet related activities targeted to increase brand awareness
* Development of email communications plan
Qualifications
* University degree in Marketing Finance
* Relevant experience in CRM
* Upper-Intermediate English
* Strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills
* “Can do” proactive approach for decision making
* Ability to work with large volumes of information co-ordinate multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
