Reebok International is looking for a Contract Recruiter to provide sourcing screening interviewing and selecting services for both current and future positions for the Reebok brand This is a 3 month contract position The Contract Recruiter will partner with the Recruiting team on all staffing activities to meet Reebok goals in the areas of quality diversity and planning
Responsibilities
* Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify key talent in accordance with Reebok hiring needs and ensure a low cost-per-hire
* Source screen and interview candidates in response to current openings and to build a talent bank for future Reebok hiring needs
* Responsible for developing and executing a strategy to ensure constant flow of high quality candidate leads and names into assigned key pipelines
* Serve as key team member for HR initiatives including on-boarding program employer branding and diversity initiatives
* Source screen and interview candidates in response to current openings and to build relationships with the direct lines of business
* Develop a strategy for building relationships with a diverse pool of passive candidates to ensure a strong pipeline for future Reebok positions
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* 5 or more years experience in full-cycle recruiting required
* Previous experience recruiting for apparelfootwear designers at all levels and experience recruiting across various marketing functions is a plus
* Previous experience recruiting for positions globally preferred
* Strong internet and direct sourcing experience preferred
* Excellent interviewing interpersonal and communication skills
* Previous experience conducting competency based interviewing preferred
