Purpose
* The global Consumer Insight team at adidas works as internal consultancy for the global headquarters with the task to embed the consumer perspective in all parts of the business process
* Our main areas are
-Fueling creation processes through trend research and consumer
profiling
-Testing conceptsproducts campaigns prior to market launch
-Monitoring of brand success through
* We place a lot of emphasis on analytics in digital spaces because this is the environment our core target consumers are surrounded by In addition we believe that this area provides tremendous opportunities to better understand our consumers
Job profile
* Lead Social Media Analytics within Consumer Insight team – develop own and report projects
* Install Social Media listening Social media analytics as a standard tool to gain consumer insight
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to harmonize the approach to using Social Media across departments dealing with it – develop KPIs standardized measurements etc etc
* Make consumer insight more visible accessible and actionable within the global adidas headquarters
* Co-ownership of strategic projects with focus on the digital side of these projects eg consumer trend research campaign success measurements
Your profile
* Profound knowledge of Social Media and Social Media analytics
* Profound knowledge of Web analytics
* Profound knowledge of traditional consumer insight tools and methods
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Needs to be used to work in international environments
* Needs to experienced in scoping and executing international projects
* Excellent English skills written and spoken
* Skilled dedicated and motivated team member with lots of enthusiasm for sports sportswear and our brand
* University Degree in Marketing Social Science with focus on Digital Media and Analytics
* 3 - 5 years relevant professional experience ideally on agency side or within a digital web analytics environment of a multinational corporation
