PurposeMission
To support sustainable and profitable market share growth by providing competitive product ranges meeting target consumers key customers and own retails requirements that also support the positive development of adidas brand image in key categories
Key tasks
* Be the expert for customer needs in the relevant BU
* Consolidate commercial input from Area and ensure consideration by regional marketing
* Assist in the implementation of globalregionlocal product concepts and build area range considering globalregion guidelines Address additional concept requirements for the Area
* Support area GTM strategy to drive execution across all marketing elements with the lead of the Category Merchandiser Manager
-Strive to implement the quantitative and qualitative targets set for category
* Support region to define articles for regional sourcing in alignment with Global Marketing
* To drive GTM process across all marketing elements including the ranging side of Sports Marketing symbols
Educational Background
University degree in business with marketing focus and ideally some exposure to sports or a University degree in sports with marekting focus or other exposure to marketing
