As our Business Consultant - Ranging & Planning youll be expected to bring your own MVP performance to the tasks below
Purpose
Act as the internal consultant to support the execution of projects for Corporate Marketing focusing on front- as well on the back-end solutions Utilize business process knowledge in order to support projects Provide support for all Corporate Marketing applications for related business issues
Key Responsibilities
* Support all Corporate Marketing applications ex RMA GIM DMT PDM Flex PLM Systems Excellence ACS Mediabin Marvin etc ensure that solutions are used in the most effective manner and applications are maintained for stabilization or future enhancements
* Support efficiency within SLA
* Support demands from North America & Latin America
* Provide training of business users
* Coordinate with Onsite and external IT & Business support teams
* Manage issues escalation and process support for changes
* Provide scope management within the Project Releases
* Gain and maintain functional competence related to the service adidas group and industry ways of working
* Develop and maintain independence and self-organization within the daily work environment
* Maintain business team and vendor relationships to ensure a high standard in customer service and satisfaction
* Meet quality and time targets or service levels to ensure the predictability of results
* Manage escalations and reporting during service interruption events
* Ensure alignments with business for deadlines peak time or GMM support
* Support and ensure that the data quality and adherence to process deadlines are guaranteed for the supported markets
* Ensure communication between IT and business

* Support of and management of user acceptance testing
* Participation in 2nd Level Support globally in cooperation with the GIT Ranging & Planning Support team
* User and Support staff training for applications
* Ability to translate business requirements into cost efficient IT solutions
* Ability to structure and visualize sophisticated subjects
* Ability to work with a global team
* Experienceknowledge of the footwear and or apparel industry are an advantage but not necessary
* Understanding of Business Processes and related technologies
* Excellent communication skills
* Very good analytical skills
* Very good explanatory training and presentational skills
* Absolute focus on customer satisfaction
* Team spirit
Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* University Degree or comparable education
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
* Equivalent combination of education andor experience may be substituted for degree
