Responsibilities
* Creation of Business Intelligence BI definitions reports KPI’s & attributes
* Alignment of created definitions with Business users
* Creation of reports in the reporting environment
* Design of verification plans tests for validation of reports & attributes
* Conduct of verification activities for reports attributes & other BI deliverables
* Assist Business Users in acceptance testing of BI deliverables
* Support Senior Business Intelligence analyst in preparation & conducting of requirements gathering workshops
* Work closely with Controlling Logistics Finance & other business functions in order to align business requirements & definitions
* Work with the Global office in order to align BI definitions & deliverables
Interfaces
* Interface with the Global office for BI alignment on content level
* Interface with IT Local & Global on BI implementation
Interface with other project streams eg ERP regarding BI alignment
Main requirements
Higher education direction mathematics economics IT
Experience in BI controlling or finance within a large company
Experience with definition or creation of reports
Previous solid experience in collaborating with Business Users in order to elicit their requirements & validate delivered results
Experience in retail is a plus
Previous participation in BI projects is a plus
English – Upper-intermediate Perfect knowledge of Excel
Preferably knowledge of Microstrategy
Good communicational skills
Ability to work with large amounts of information
Good analytical skills
