The mission of our Finance Sports Performance department is to act as an internal consultant to enable a proactive transparent and commercially driven go-to-market process for the Sport Performance Division by establishing a cross functional team approach

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a financial advisor to marketing senior management and their teams with respect to financially relevant projects and tasks
* Support and advice marketing teams on appropriate approaches to range efficiency and profitability management
* Run the regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis that supports the decision-making process for marketing counterparts through SBP regular forecasting and monthly reports
* Manage and support the product marketing and finance teams in the area of planning & target setting with a focus on the KPI’s net sales margin volume range sizes operating expenses
* Advise and collaborate with global and local marketing operations and product marketing to ensure streamlined processes and procedures
* Manage the development of the existing global product coding structures and train product marketing teams on appropriate method to coding
* Manage cost centres and support cost centre managers in all financial tasks eg investment and recruitment requests cost recharges etc
* Further improve existing reporting and analysis tools eg IAM RMS GIM RMA COGNOS SAP etc
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Excellent English language skills German a plus
* Very good MS-Office skills excellent Excel skills SAP knowledge a plus
* Ability to identify issues and draw conclusions by analysing different sources in complex setups
* Good planning and organization skills to work independently and perform a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity
* Effective interpersonal communication skills allowing successful collaboration in different cultures
* Excellent problem solving skills to find a common ground and develop solutions
* Proactive team player
* Change management attitude
Qualifications
* University degree in business administration ideally with main focus on Controlling & Marketing
* 2-3 years of work experience with proven track record in Finance andor Marketingfunction
