Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
* Become next generation IT Champion for Document Management & Archiving Solutions
* Support and implement other CC Finance solutions
Key Responsibilities
* Become the new IT Champ for Document Management & Archiving Solutions
* Deliver Global Archiving SolutionsDocuments Management for Invoices Personal Files SAP delivery notes etc
* GovernExpand the Archiving Solutions according the Global IT group strategy
* Be analytical and proactive to avoid bottlenecks and ensure solution stability for the solutions supported
* Support other CC Finance solutions like – but not limited to – Enterprise Risk Management Legal Contract Management
* Support roll-outs of CC Finance Solutions
* Support standardization and harmonization initiatives to increase roll-out speed of CC Finance solutions
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Analytical skill and mindset
* Fluent English spoken and written
* Technical knowledge SAPEMC Documentum Infrastructures Should be technically interested
* ITIL Service Management and Service Delivery orientation
* Ability to work with in virtual teams
* Be a team player in an young and dynamic team
* Good communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* University graduate with first work experience in an international matrix organization
* Willing to train and be trained on above topics
