Purpose
The Brand Strategy Manager plays a key supporting role to the Brand Strategy Director and helps to manage priority projects to help drive to successful global growth of the Reebok brand Overall duties include the analysis planning and implementation of strategic projects necessary to advance the company’s mission & objectives
Key Accountabilities
* Help drive and implement a rigorous and comprehensive global strategy development and planning process that drives long-term growth on priority iniatives
* Play a supporting role in the development monitoring and regular review of business objectives strategies and action plans to achieve business goals within defined area of responsibility
* Work closely with Director to perform detailed evaluations of strategic priority areas including trends needs capabilities assets and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats and to incorporate these into relevant and compelling actionable business cases
* Stay abreast of long-range economic trends and projects company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas
* Demonstrate effective use of best practices related to analysis fact-based decision making process orientation process re-engineering andor design use of PC-based office tools effective meeting management and project management

Qualifications
REQUIRED
* Bachelor’s degree Business Finance Economics or the equivalent experience
* 2 years experience in management consulting strategic planning consumer goods business development or related fields with strong brand equity international exposure wholesale and retail channels
* Strong passion for and knowledge of organizational process capability and organizational development
* Exceptional team player with the confidence & integrity to earn internal & external confidence quickly
* Must have strong MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint capabilities with excellent presentation and “deck writing” skills
* Must be a proactive self-starter who can identify issuesopportunities and structure approaches to achieve desired end-results
* Language fluencywritten and verbalin business English
* Experience with a matrix organization where influence must replace control
PREFFERED
* Experience in the footwear apparel or fitness industries is preferable but not mandatory
* Management Consulting experience with one of the leading strategy consultancies is a plus
* MBA is a plus
