To lead the Reebok Marketing and Product Marketing team to build the Reebok brand to be the solid No3 in the marketplace in Hong Kong

The Mission of the Brand Director is to develop the marketing and product marketing plans and strategies for the Reebok brand and to ensure the strategy is executed across all marketing teams Advertising PR & Retail Marketing and product marketing teams that reinforce the business objectives and achievement The position is accountable for the development and execution of the annual Reebok marketing plan and also the product strategies and ranging in an most effiecent and effective way which deliver upon the company revenue and the brand objectives

Planning
* Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan Reebok
* Develop a consumer segment strategy from the business strategy
* Develop a product marketing strategy and product range for Reebok that reinforces the category and business objectives
* Develop Product Marketing plans and Strategies for Reebok
* Develop clear category revenue and growth objectives for Reebok
* Range Reebok products that communicate to the trade and the target consumer
* Prepare yearly product roll-out plan and present to sales team with alignment to the international brand concept
* Develops the clear product segmentation plan in accordance with the brand strategy and actual retail environment to tightly control the balance of the market demand and actual supply
* Develop a marketing and retail communications plan that delivers the strategic marketing plan for Reebok
* Undertake and manage marketing research studies
* Works closely with field sales managers as well as close communication with customers to identify potential product needs marketing service and develop promotional plans
* Leads the process of plan monitoring and tracking
* Provides analysis of the results of the key marketing initiatives and product ranging

Management
* Leads and manages Reebok product marketing and the communication of Reebok to deliver the strategic marketing plan for the brand
* Manages the communication plan and retail strategies so as to align with the company marketing plan
* Manages the business cycle and product development process to ensure sell in objectives are met
* Manage and evolve the brand in line with the business strategy and global guidelines
* Manage to seek opportunities to develop the brand the business and product range in line with the company direction
* Manage to foster a strong teamwork culture across all function departments of Marketin Product Marketing Sales Finance and Operation

Financial
* Delivers on the annual net sales revenue and margin budget
* Controls and maximizes the marketing working budget expenses within the budget owned by Marketing
* Develops the Pricing Strategy and pricing mix for all products to ensure the overall company Net Margin budget is met for Reebok
* Develop a retail price structure that meets the needs of Reeboks business objectives
* Monthly inventory management as to actively manage to maximize Reebok margins
* Manage department’s T&E budget

System and Processes
* Effectively develops improves and implements processes which are maximizing the Reebok marketing and product marketing activities
* Clearly communicates and coaches the proper processes with the marketing product marketing and sales teams
* Directs communication between Marketing product marketing and Sales throughout the process of preparation and implementation
* Ensures smooth and timely process of all activities preparation
* Analyzes feedback results and conveys it to communication

People Management
* Provides strong leadership for vertical reports
* Sets performance plans reviews with each direct report
* Plans include goals key job responsibilities competency development measures and follow-up activities
* Reviews include goals key job responsibilities company values competency development
* Provides coaching & feedback to subordinates
* Ensures that direct reports set performance plans with subordinates
* Develops workforce planning for the Department
* Works closely with the HR Department on the plan and the needs for the Department
* Cooperates with HR to identify future leaders for Reebok and builds development plans for and with them
* Generates a high level of teamwork between all Departments

Training
* With HR implements a training and development plan for team including on-the-job training
* Actively participates in all departmental level training and development initiatives & activities
