For the Swedish market with location in Stockholm we are now looking for a newBack office Sales SupportYou will be a part of our Swedish Commercial team with a direct reporting line to our Swedish Customer Service Manager
Purpose
To provide service excellence as it relates to selling ordering delivery account administration and other customer services
Job Profile
* To secure that all pre-orders are processed correctly and in-time
* To secure that correct discount is used for the Key account served
* Work closely in good cooperation with our Key Account Managers
* To keep track and full control over customer activities during the season
* Responsible for the order book and direct shipment towards the account
* Responsible for EDI handling for the Key account served
* To help and support all functions within Customer Service when needed

Your Profile
* Minimum of 4 years professional experience from customer services support function or helpdesk
* Experience from working within sporting fashion or consumer goods industry
* Positive and service minded
* Solution oriented and able to handle stress
* A team player with good interpersonal skills and a passion for sports
* Experience in SAP system
* Good knowledge in the MS Office system
* Fluent in Swedish and advanced knowledge in English
