Motivation
Global IT has an Infrastructure & Operations Services team who supports the current and future business needs in both global markets and the headquarters site Herzogenaurach in a cost effective way The initial focus of the team is building a stronger relationship between market IT and infrastructure management and to work with them as well as headquarters in order to identify oppertunities to increase quality and reduce cost of infrastructure services
Objectives
As part of our international IT Support Management team you will be responsible for supporting the creation of the new printing global policy By finding and evaluating new ideas to establishing business plans together with end-users and advertisingselling this policy and concepts to them who are in different markets and business units
Your key tasks will be
* Elaborate the needed documentation for the policy in a global basis
* Participate in benchmarking printing software products and services
* Tasking responsibility to contact vendors to define the state-of-the-art
* Assist in elaborating the business model and use cases
* Support the team during the new IT support service at the company
* Support the team in communication tasks specially in end-user communication
* Maintain and enhance the communication wiki and SharePoint about Helpdesk and IT support service
Desired profile
* Bachelor degree in Network engineering Computer Science IT Systems & Services Management with a focus on State-on-the-Art technology
* Preferred university URL-Universitat Ramon Llull - La Salle Innova Institute FH Nürnberg TU München Universität Pompeu Fabra Télécom ParisTech Télécom Bretagne
* Fluency in English and German
* ITIL
Duration 6 months starting in January 2012
