To achieve sales target for retail store mainly in Custom Fitting and assist in managing Customer Service Centre and Repair Centre
Primary Accountabilities
* Achieve and exceed sales target given
* Provide excellent customer service
* Build rapport and customer loyalty
* Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs
* Respond positively to customer complaints
* Assist in managing all customer repairs and ensure that repairs are done in time and deliver back to customers
* Operate Matt I system & GC2 launch monitor
* Generate & compile database of repair centre
* Assist in running Retail events such as Demo Days event sales and activities
* Assist in managing the Custom Fitting System in Cathay Store
Secondary Accountatbilities
* Assist in purchase and control of Inventory components
* Handling Customer Complaints
* Internal training to staffs
