As ourAssociate Manager Business Development O-ForceFootprintyoull be expected to bring your own MVP performance to the tasks below
Purpose
Partner to lead development and drive strategic initiatives from GTM through sell in within the Footprint O-force channel
Key Accountabilities
* Collaborate with Sales Director Manager Business Development Mall to identify opportunities and develop proposed set of Commercial strategic initiatives
* Work closely with O-force team to identify consumer and marketplace trends and liaise with BU’s on key business opportunities
* Lead Commercial assortment merchandising initiatives by territory in collaboration with sales team Manager Business Development Mall and BU
* Drive key product allocation strategies working closely with BU Sales director BD and finance while tracking success and proposeimplement approved continuous improvement opportunities
* Lead key sell thru metrics such as sell out tools assortment planning in collaboration with O-force team and finance
* Lead and drive product merchandising initiatives from footprint incubation thru commercialization in collaboration with business units
* Attend and assist sell in presentations with key footprint and o-force accounts in collaboration with O-force sales team

* Strong lifestyle marketplace knowledge
* Ability to identify trends
* Proficient merchandising skills from a consumer trend perspective as well as bottom line profitability
* Understanding of retail math and sell thru metrics
* Project management within a defined work stream
Qualifications
* 4 yr degree in Business Economics Marketing or related field
* Minimum four years experience in lifestyle industry Merchandising andor retail experience a plus
* Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree
