Purpose Mission
1The mission of the Assistant Product Manager is to build up the Reebok Range
2Ensuring Reebok has the right product for the marketplace
3 Ensuring that Reebok is building up the image of a performance and lifestyle brand
Accountabilities
* Rollout specific category planning including range size collectionssilhouettestylecolorsizing and flow plan
* Manage specific category development to meet short-term and mid-term objectives and align company goal
* Create competitive and practical sell-in product rangespackages to hit sales and margin target
* Capable to integrate and execute key product launch plan
* Create the quarterly product flow plan and monitor the monthly forecasting and ordering according to the roll out dates in the plan
* Study and understand consumers market demand marketplace competitors and retailers etc
* Analyze sell-in and sell-thru data by genderstylesilhouettecolorchannelprice-point constructively to improve future product rangeaccordingly
* Conduct Product Training to SalesMarketing team before pre-line and prepare professionalinspirational Presentation during the trade meeting
* Fully cooperate with supporting functions like Product operationsLogisticCSDBusiness Solution team to ensure product information accuracy andother relevant product issues like shippingdelivery arrangement
* Take care respective sample sortingmanagementstorage and sell-in tools preparation
Criteria
•Minimum of 5 years experience in the productmarketing department of a global consumer goods brand
•Strong knowledge and background of the sports product market in Taiwan
•Deep understanding of functional sports footwear and products
•Strong numeric skills forecastingbudgetingpricing
