Purpose
To participate in process optimization initiatives within Sourcing as well as major Group infrastructure projects from gap analysis over blueprinting up to system implementation and to facilitate the execution of the adidas Group Supply Chain strategy
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sourcing Processes team on activities related to process analysis & research blue printing training project planning and implementation
* Initiate discussions with Sourcing SMEs subject matter experts key users to collect and consolidate feedback and input regarding new process proposals logged issues system functions improvement etc
* Identify potential gaps and prepare recommendations for solution options
* Execute and support project activities within the team and with other departments such as GIT and GOPS functions this includes but is not limited to tracking project deadlines coordinating feedback responses across functions and creating monthly status reports and presentations
* Address or escalate issues to ensure successful execution
* Work with Sourcing SMEs key users to cultivate understanding and knowledge in sourcing processes and leading systems eg ESC bulk and sample GPS S&P etc
* Maintain relevant documentation such as process blue prints business process maps training materials and manuals

Requisite Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications
* University degree or supply chain related education
* Minimum 5 years working experience project experience an advantage
* Minimum one year working experience in multinational business environment
