Purpose
Asset Brand Engagement
Raising Sports Marketing asset engagement through the creation and management of strategies tools processes and metrics Working closely with Sports Marketing category managers build and maintain the framework and execution that informs inspires and delights assets on adidas Brand topics
Horizontal Concepts
Maximize impact and proper usage of Sports Marketing assets in horizontal Sports Performance concepts “mi” and Training Business Units Brand Campaigns Ensure clear consistent and timely communication between all relevant stakeholders Sports Marketing category managers Business Units Go-To-Market and Brand Marketing functions
Job profile
* Develop and implement strategies and tools for use by Sports Marketing category mangers to increase Sports Marketing assets’ brand engagement
* Play lead role in establishing and communicating engagement metrics
* Serve as clearing house for presentationssite visitsexpert briefings on request of category managers including serving as interface between Sports Marketing and internal groups on engagement topics to continuously optimize process
* Gauge and benchmark adidas Sports Marketing asset brand engagement and share best practices across the company to all relevant stakeholders
* Build and manage relationships with internal experts to maintain a pool of resources to assist category managers with asset engagement
* Serve as resource for Sports Marketing globally on topic of increasing asset engagement
* Work closely with key Business Units “mi” Training on concepts that utilize Sports Marketing assets outside their vertical category
* Develop strategies and calendars for asset usage with Sports Marketing category managers
* In conjunction with BU and Brand Marketing coordinate asset briefings and appearance requests
* Ensure clear flow of information between BU Brand Marketing Go-To-Market and Sports Marketing managers
* Manage budget
Your profile
* A four-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business marketing planning supply chain or operations MBA a plus
* Min 7 years progressive working experience in fast moving goods industry in a strategic functionagency experienceeditorial background with emphasis on sports industry
* Proven track record in project management and change management preferably on a global scale
* Strategic thinker able to drive change across matrix organization
* Strong presentation and Power-Point skills
* Ability to work cross functionally
* Goal setting time line discipline
* Project management experience
* Service-minded and global thinking
* Fluent in English ideally in other languages
* International cross-functional and understanding of Sports Marketing Asset to brand relationship
* Thorough understanding of Go To Market processes and timelines
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently with various stakeholders across the adidas Group
