Key Responsibilities
Planning
* Participates in the development of sales strategies in hisher responsible region to meet the business goals with the support from Head of Region
* Co-develops with Head Of Region a regional sales plan which reflects geographic account and channel strategies
* Accordingly coordinates & manages the timely execution of forecasting in conjunction with the business cycle calendar
* Participate in make and breakdown Sell-though ABP plan
Management
* Manages and executes a regional sales plan that supports the company business plan
* Manages the whole regional sales team to implement the business plan with high quality
* Works closely with regional retail development retail marketing and operation teams to provide the best support to accounts
* Develops and manages proper account structure in responsible markets to better meet company business development needs
* Manages trade inventory on healthy track
* Executes each seasons future order salesshipping plan
* Reports market intelligence to upper sales management timely
* Manage Sell-through team to improve store performance
* Plan and monitor inventory clearance with Inventory team
Financial
* Regional sales target responsibility

System and Processes
* Coordinates and oversees the regional future order sales program including preparation and communication
* Manages regional sales calling routes and report processes
* Ensures regional sales team helps responsible accounts to develop appropriate future orders each season by getting good understanding of the performance of existing POS new POS development plan and seasonal range structure
People Management
* Provides strong leadership for horizontal as well as vertical reports
* Is a responsive and reliable point of contact for both horizontal and vertical reports
* Sets performance plans and reviews with each direct report
* - Plans include goals key job responsibilities competency development measures and follow up activities
* - Reviews by actual results versus defined performance KPIs
* Cooperates with superior & HR in all pay decisions regarding subordinates
* Provides coaching and feedback to subordinates in daily job
* Develops workforces planning for the region with the support from Head Of Region and HR
* Generates a high level team work spirit inside responsible sales team
* Coordinate cooperation for Sell-in and Sell-through team and with other functions
Training and Development
* Helps both sales training manager and retail training manager to provide proper training courses internally and externally by identifying the training needs
* Makes sure all team members are able to well understand their job role and responsibility and provides proper guidance to secure the quality implementation in daily job

Experience Knowledge
* Above 5 years management experience in China Distributionsales related environment for multi-national consumer brand company

* Retailing experience is a plus
