This is an Independent Rep position with a 100 commission based compensation plan
LOCATION
We are looking for a team of Affiliate Relationship Managers to manage the following geographical territories
* North Atlantic NYNJPA Mid-Atlantic MDVADE Carolinas South East ALGA Lakes OHMI Texas and North West WAOR
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Represent the Reebok brand and the ReebokCrossFit partnership in a professional manner at all times
* Effectively canvas your territory to build relationships with CrossFit Affiliates make in person visits do WOD’s attend events meet with owners to learn their business needs etc
* Be able to answer any and all questions of the ReebokCrossFit partnership your role and our affiliate programs
* Maintain up to date knowledge of all Reebok products footwear apparel and accessories offered to the CrossFit community and the ability to properly showcase product features and benefits to CrossFit affiliates
* Sell products and programs that best serve the affiliate and Reebok in order to achieve short and long term sales objectives
* Deliver outstanding customer service daily in person checkup visits and calls ensure account needs are being met and issues are being resolved often ask “What can we do better” share industry and market trends become a trusted resource
* Continually monitor and analyze account sales and make necessary recommendations to maximize sales opportunities
* Develop specific account strategies and goals as well as brand strategy targeted against annual sales and profitability goals
* Evaluate event sponsorship requests and coordinate with affiliate to best capitalize on event opportunityexposure
* Communicate results of sales and promotional activities for large accounts to Reebok sales senior management
* Account management returns cancels image product placement Execute sales and promotional activities with accounts Identify and utilize new market trends and competitive information to create new sales opportunities
* Establish marketing plans which impact business on a territory wide level
* Develop sales tactics that will ensure corporate distribution strategy is met brand presence collections best in class products etc
* Develop short and long-term account specific partnership objectives
* Develop and deliver sales presentations for sell-in of products
* Identify and assist in developing new business opportunities and present to Reebok senior management
KEY TASKS
* Analyze account trend and sales information assessing performance against goals and objectives and develop action plans and recommendations where applicable
* Identify and resolve customer problems
* Constant management and tracking of affiliate activity in the software system provided
* Ongoing and frequent reporting to senior management on business status
* Ongoing and frequent communications with both product marketing and custom product groups on brand needs for concepts products key price points promotions advertising and merchandising
* Analyze consumer and customer information and implement corrective plans to establishmaintain market leadership
* Monitor customer satisfaction with accounts and recommend implement corrective plans
REQUIREMENTS
* BSBA or equivalent
* Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in the sporting goods or team licensed industry
* Successful track record of achievingexceeding sales targets and comfort with a 100 commission compensation plan
* Strong sales management background & cultural connection to the CrossFit community
* CrossFit enthusiast or certified CrossFit trainer preferred
* Ability to serve specified geographical territory on a day to day basis and occasionally travel to national events Candidates that currently reside in territory are preferred
* Strong presentation skills and relationship building skills
* FitnessAthletic experience must be listed on resume for consideration
